  1. We are conducting the 7th California Parliament Election of 2018 on paper ballots only, on Earth Day.

Only dues paying members ($10./year) and IP Senator signups ($60./year) are suggested, but other donations happily accepted.

If you would like to participate with the United Coalition then support by donating recycled aluminum cans to raise funds for the humanitarian project, or to bring your team to other projects not in California.

But voting or Facebook likes and comments alone do not help with your participation in California where the voting on paper ballots for California Parliament takes place.

Donation of funds can help from outside of California and the sign up form helps you pick funding levels $10. (subscriber) or $60. (IP Senator).

Use the sign up form to participate with the voting in appropriate geographic region or geographic level, or by donating funds to help cover cost of all global voting activities being planned in conjunction with IP Senate Chamber:

  2. The Republican/Humanitarian Party coalition’s Earth Day Humanitarian Project is applicable to California only.

We are being active in California to prohibit plurality voting within the California Republican Party.

To set policy for pure proportional representation (PPR), but not like as proposed in Santa Clara City California, but like Cambridge Massachusetts where paper ballots are used in one at-large city-wide district.

  3. The United Coalition vote counters can count ranked choice votes (RCV) with exact results much quicker than the city of Cambridge Massachusetts.

The single transferrable votes (STV) are not needed and STV adds more time to vote counting.

The Ogle method for counting votes using paper ballots is much quicker than any other method for counting paper ballots under PPR.

  4. @Clay: If I understand correctly, this Utah bylaw doesn’t take effect for most of this year’s elections, so it wouldn’t affect Mitt Romney.
