2. We are in agreement that the first paper ballots used in our system and others, might have been hemp paper, the One Party likes paper ballots.

   The One Party system is conducting a vote on Earth Day and we will post a video of the one hour process from speakers, to marking paper ballots, to counting under pure proportional representation (PPR), soon after Earth Day.

   We have been pushing pure proportional representation (PPR) up the hill for more than twenty-three consecutive years and our hands are steady.
