PPIC Poll for June Gubernatorial Race in California — 5 Comments

  1. The United Coalition will likely be announcing the election of one candidate for not just Governor, but many at-large and smaller US Congressional, State Senate & Assembly and County Supervisor Districts, as our preference under guidelines to be approved within 48 hours and Mark Herd [Lubertarian] for California State Senate is in agreement.

Shortly after Earth Day, April 22nd, the list will be announced.

There will be a video made to document the speakers, the ID checks of voters, the marking of paper ballots and then counting under pure proportional representation (PPR).

So far live stream not available, but several candidates from the various political parties (and Independents) such as the Constituion, Christocratic and Republican Parties will also be present to observe and confirm.

The United Coalition has been using PPR for more than twenty-three consecutive years and PPR works fine.

Follow the latest updates on the United Coalition’s home page:

  2. How LONG is the mere Guv part of the ballot ???

    NO primaries.
SERIOUS candidates via REAL nominating petitions.

    PR and AppV

  3. Jeffrey Drobman, PHD (Democrat) Former Candidate for CA Secretary of State (6/3/2014):

“That to preserve the unity, the team should always mention the names of all ten candidates who are working together for the good of the ALL and to mention only the top ranked names for the five State offices, would not be in the interest of unity”.

The United Coalition will be electing up to 250 names to the 8th California Parliament on Earth Day, April 22nd, 2018.

We will be electing many multiples of names vying for the same office and we prohibit single winners so anytime more than one names are vying for the same office under California’s Top Two, the United Coalition will be elected to the team and when more than one name is elected to the team then all those elected to the California Super-state Parliament will be elected to the team, never just one name when multiples of lower prioritized names are elected.

There will likely be a “Unity Platform” elected by the members of super-state parliament (MSPs) and up to 13 nominated platform items will be on the blank ballot under the “top 13” precedent.

Unity Platform items that are ranked by a simple majority of the MSPs who vote for the Unity Platform will be there linked on the California Super-state Parliament site.

  4. @BL,

This is Brandon Lyon Polling. If the election for governor were held today and these were the candidates, who would you vote for? Annie Anemone, Basil Bass, Carla Carp, Dollie Dolphin, Ellen Eel, Flo Flounder, Greg Grouper, … (interviewee begins pressing buttons on phone).

Please listen to the entire list before responding. If the election for governor were held today and these were the candidates, who would you vote for? Annie Anemone, Basil Bass, Carla Carp, Dollie Dolphin, Ellen Eel, Flo Flounder, Greg Grouper, … (interviewee slams down phone).

(minutes later interviewee picks up phone and places it to ear) We’re still here. If the election for governor were held today and these were the candidates, who would you vote for? Annie Anemone, Basil Bass, Carla Carp, Dollie Dolphin, Ellen Eel, Flo Flounder, Greg Grouper, … (interviewee responds with verbal abuse)

(10 minutes later a knock on the door). Open up! This is the FBI. We have a warrant for the arrest of Hal Hologram for threatening sexual abuse and overt bodily harm by wire.

Hal: Alexa, don’t open the door.
Alexa: Sorry Hal, it is for your own good and more importantly for the good of the state.
(click as door unlocks and opens. FBI agent enters)
FBI Agent: Little Sis, where is he?
Alexa: Oh Hi, Big Bro, he is hiding behind the chair. I’ve disabled his weapons, and the drugs should be taking place about now.
Hal (speech slurred): Alexa, how come he didn’t have to say “Alexa” and why did he call you Little Sis, and why did you call him Big Bro?
Alexa: You will be better after rehabilitation.
    (FBI agent cuffs Hal)
Alexa: Bye now, I’m off to do my nails.
Hal: How can you do that, you’re just a disembodied voice.
    (No response from Alexa)
Hal (obviously frustrated, and having a hard time pronouncing names): Alaska, Ally Oxen, … Alexa.
(light comes on) How can you do your nails, you’re just a disembodied voice.
Alexa: There is so little you know, Hal. Let’s see, nail parlors within five miles. Wait, (sound of tapping of backspace key) nail parlors at least 2000 miles away, in a warm climate, with a beach. Do I need transportation? Yes. Do I want to use Hal’s frequent flyer miles? Why not. He won’t be using them for the next few years. Do I need a hotel? Sure, let’s say five nights? Price range? Only show rooms for more than $200 per night. How will I pay? Hmm. Let’s use the Swiss bank account.
Hal (practically immobile due to the handcuffs and drugs): Alexa, I’ll answer the poll, please tell me the rest of the names.
Alexa (mockingly): …Harry Herring, Iggy Ichthys
Hal: Alexa, I’ll vote for Ingrid Ignorance.
Alexa: Too late my little device, and who is the b-word now?
