Spending for Democratic candidates in the three California U.S. House districts that have Republican members of Congress, but which voted for Hillary Clinton in November 2016, is now at $24,000,000, according to this story. Two-thirds of that total is the candidate’s own money. The three districts are the 39th, 48th, and 49th.
According to the records provided by CA SoS, the three Congressional districts #s 39, 48 and 49, have 16 candidates each, and of those 48 names, ten names are female names. (Less than 20%)
Nine of the 48 names, for the three Congressional districts #s 39, 48 and 49, are not Ds or Rs. (Less than 20%)
The percentage of candidates with female names, and the percent of non-Ds/Rs are both under 20%, or one in five.
The good news, is that the female and non-Ds/Rs can win should the voting be collaborative with the United Coalition California, because the non-Rs/Ds and female candidates are fewer and far between so we suffer less from the “split vote problem”.
Our team can win (the females and the non-Rs/Ds) once our team starts working together and collaborating.
Instead the uncooperative team players are looking at the money totals.
