  1. Mexico can do it. USA could do so as well except for the Democratic and Republican parties cannot abide any competition to themselves and use their commission to prevent participation by other parties.

  2. Who watches anyway? Political theatre is just that… political theatre!

  3. It seems like a state could provide a debate opportunity for gubernatorial candidates just like they let candidates place a statement in a voter’s pamphlet.
