Jacobin Magazine has this article by English Professor John Patrick Leary, critiquing the Centrism Movement. He writes, “American centrism is a strange political ideology that does not ask, much less answer, the old and urgent political question, What is to be Done? Instead, it announces in a carefully modulated tone of voice: whatever should be done should be done. That’s weak-kneed stuff for a perilous time like ours.”
David Nolan is an underappreciated genius. His two dimensional political chart overcomes the limitations of the narrow, one-dimensional political spectrum.
The Nolan Chart is a liability for the Libertarian Party and the United Coalition elections are much more efficient for political organizing.
While the Nolan Chart tries to put voters in a libertarian box, the United Coalition instead encourages the democratic creativity for true free speech in a party name without bias.
In fact our leader, Nadine Squires [One], like Nolan she is Canadian.
I like her for US President, the Squires/Ogle [One/One] ticket, but does anyone have constitution law knowledge as to whether we can elect a Canadian citizen for US President? We’d like her as a stand-in until a more appropriate female candidate becomes available.
