    Difficult ONLY for MORON lawyers and worse MORON HACK judges – since 1868 – 14 AM-1 EPC

    Thw 14 Amdt was also about protecting the many white *Unionists* who had remained loyal to the Union (at the risk of their lives) in the rebel States during — esp. intell/recon for the Union Army/Navy — and after the Civil War
    — and esp. the open/public Republicans, white and black.
