  1. Interesting is the way they verified signatures. After checking the petition and excluding out-of-town and duplicates, they sent the remaining signers a postcard to verify that they had signed the petition.

    ps North Dakota does not have voter registration, so there is not an obvious way to check voting rolls.

  2. How many addresses on the border of Fargo ???

    ND State regimes – too poor to have Elector registration ???

    — but rich enough to have postcards —

    esp the time/cost to address each postcard !!!
