North Carolina Supreme Court Orders State Not to Print Ballots Yet

On August 29, the North Carolina Supreme Court ordered the state not to print general election ballots yet. The reason is that there is another challenge to the wording of the statewide ballot measures, even though the legislature earlier this week passed a bill rewording the language on the ballots that describes those measures.
