2. I spoke at Ballot Access News headquarters in 1993/4 about state voting reform through pure proportional representation when I was a candidate for Governor of California with the Green Party in the 2014 primary election.

   My statement about proportional representation went to every voter pamphlet sent to voters that year.

   Now SF has a one-party system thanks to the fact that voting reforms were done incorrectly written.

   Now there’s a national movement to bring pure proportional representation for all US citizens correctly and it’s the Libertarian/Green Party ticket for President Herd/Ogle but the party bosses don’t want anyone to know. The party bosses, elected under pluralism, are bent on doing everything possible to stop the United Coalition USA, but the Herd/Ogle campaign moves forward despite them:
