Arkansas State Court Removes Statewide Ballot Measure for Violating Single-Subject Rule

On September 6, an Arkansas trial court removed Measure One from the ballot. It deals with tort reform and was put on the ballot by the legislature. The judge found the measure violates the single-subject rule. See this story.

  1. The legal establishment is scared to death of tort reform, one of the most effective reforms we could have.

  2. Does the tort *reform* include the torts of the election law HACKS —

    IE — stopping the right to vote of legal Electors/Voters –

    or stopping legal candidates / issues getting on ballots ???

    or even the pre-skooool first posting tort above ???
