  1. 2018 LATEST date to print ballots is ____ ???

How many USA troopers overseas fighting Stone Age barbarians —

    waiting for hometown ballots ???

  2. Doesn’t the brief sound like the AG doestn’t really believe the SOS, but is obligated to represent her?

  3. Part of the *administrative state*

    — exec HACKS writing regulations

    — having the force of LAW.

More violations of Separation of Powers.

ALL stuff on ballots should be a matter of constitutional/statutory LAW.

Bad enough having exec hacks counting votes on ballots.

  4. Agreed Jim, seems very mailed in. I noticed random irrelavent arguments that seemed like word fillers (like the part about 2 party state interest, when NM has 3).
