  1. How many ballot access cases this year – a new record ???

    Candidates ???
    Parties ???
    Issues ???

ANY SCOTUS appeals still pending ???

  2. You mean the West Virginia KANGAROO court. The same kangaroo court (consisting of two impeached justices and three appointed by an impeached justice – who herself is still a defendant in a lawsuit filed by the Vice-Chair of the WVa Constitution Party back in 2015) which voted against Don Blankenship’s ballot access because he came in third in the primary behind Evan Jenkins who now faces his own ballot access hurdle. Hoppity hop hop.
