On September 24, the Ohio Libertarian Party filed an administrative complaint against the sponsor of gubernatorial debates. The complaint charges that the debate sponsors had no objective criteria on whom to invite. See this story. After the complaint was filed, the agency organizing the debate asserted that the standard is 10% in a poll.
Pure proportional representation (PPR) brings a completely new standard in elections which brings a new unity phenomena to all elections because seats like Governor and Lt. Governor are elected as a two-member district.
This changes the psychology to a team psychology instead or the arrogance of single winners bring to the table.
Because of the new principle, instead of one person being better than everyone else, the voters can reward names based on how well they display the potential for teamwork, instead of egomaniac psychopathic conciepts, talking about how they alone are better than everyone.
The new team psychology phenomena is not what the party bosses envision, because they (usually arrogant males) are elected themselves under pluralism, so they only know pluralism.
Since they were elected under pluralism they think pluralism works fine.
Party bosses want to narrow the field to a few names, but propoetionalists are fine with splitting time equally among many voices.
The world One Party is bringing pure proportional representation to everyone because we are interested in the pleasure of finding solutions for the whole.
The new One Party is being the PPR Electoral College to US national elections in 2020.

Voting for the opposite gender ahead of our own with consecutively ranked alternating genders thereafter is voluntary with the United Coalition.
There are no lists, rather the voter must decide, upon entering the voting booth is the last chance.
Difficult to name the exact second we determined that voting for opposite gender was a good plan. But the Female/Nott for President (Mary Ruwart/Corey Nott are Libertarians) in 2008 Libertarian convention is the first I recall.
Mary Ruwart was unfairly slandered by the party bosses at that year’s Ptez campaign by the party bosses but our team wanted her to win.
When I talked to locals who attended I was informed of the caustic slander which targeted her books during the convention.
But having read her books, I know better, that she is actually she was far superior to the choice that narrowly defeated her, Bob Barr.
The Libertarian Party has been picking males for President and snuffing out the female candidates.
