According to this story, the Ohio Secretary of State has informally said that the Ohio Libertarian Party is no longer qualified. The story quotes a spokesperson for the Secretary of State’s office, who admits the party does have one sentence of the law on its side. But he says other parts of the law are in conflict. 1. We heard a lot of snack from the Johnson/Weld campaign against any unity with Trump and so now the Ls may need to live with the divisive message they dish out everywhere.

It’s time to stop the gerrymandering by FairVote before they make us like SF with its one-party system.

Are you interested in a new unifying phenomena of the unifying phenomena that’s sweeping the world and known as pure proportional representation (PPR)?

The United Coalition USA has been bringing the unity to the table since 1986 when Ronald, Sue and Clint bright the tea parties to Carmel, California, USA, North America, Earth.

Men are uniting by voting for our opposite gender ahead of our own with consecutively ranked alternating genders thereafter.

  2. The United Coalition 2020 is not like the Jill Stein (Green) and Gary Johnson (Libertarian) campaigns in 2012 and 2016.

Instead, all parties and independents working together to help the Libertarian / One unity, for the good of the whole.

We’ve been collaborating for more than thirty-five years but the party bosses didn’t want you to know, now we try harder, and get it done right.

  3. The New York Times editors love the one-party system in SF, Oakland and Maine.

Now the NYT wants to see pure proportional representation and the third parties/independents completely snuffed out by FairVote who wants to gerrymander every state in the Union to make sure no thresholds are below 16.6% because that’s as low we this program can calculate so they lied and said it was good.

But that’s not pure proportional representation (PPR).

PPR is where all the open seats at-large simultaneously, not gerrymandered into five-member districts across America.

We want new voices and new choices, not the illegitimate representation that the Ohio Libertarian Party, Gary Johnson, Jill Stein, FairVote and the NYT want to impose.

  4. Casual Bystander must love the one-party system that FairVote had implemented in SF, Oakland and Maine.

If exposing the one-party system as unacceptable is “daft” them I wear that badge with honor.

The party bosses want to snuff out the United Coalition USA and they are getting it done because we aren’t doing a good enough job. We aren’t suppose to get any equal treatment for winning with 53.7% because the party bosses don’t want anyone to know unity is stronger than hostility they bring to the table.

  5. A chance for SCOTUS to OVER-rule Williams v Rhodes 1968 — from Ohio.

    1. Separate is NOT EQUAL.

    2. Each election is NEW.

    3. EQUAL ballot access tests for ALL individual candidates for each office.

ANY LP OHIO lawyers with ANY brain cells ??? —

  7. Ogle the Nohbson Weld Campaign was absolutely not divisive. I say this as a a former leader within the campaign.

Ohio lawyers have one every single ballot access case until the fight with SB193. Our current counsel is excellent.

As a recent former state level membership coordinator and current activists and volunteer , I’ve never heard of you.

We work across all aisles and have been growing our movement even in light of all these challenges.

  8. Pay no attention to any post by James Ogle. He lives in a fantasy world he has created in his head. Nothing he says has any basis in the real world.
