Nineteen Utah legislators (13 current and 6 former) have signed this amicus curiae brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the Utah Republican party rights lawsuit. They say the “business wing” of the Republican Party is responsible for changing Utah election law so that candidates without significant support at party endorsement meetings may still run in the party’s primary.
