Maine Bill to Let Independents Vote in Party Primaries — 1 Comment

  1. The One Party is bringing the same liberties to the new PPR Electoral College with the Federal Elections Commission.

All of Roberts Rules using anything but simple majority rule on decision-items are incorrect.

The 2/3rds or other than 50% (plus one vote) is incorrect.

Also, ALL single-winner election districts for names are incorrect and must be eliminated to avoid two-party system.

No other way but pure proportional representation (PPR) is acceptable in all voting.

The United Coalition had been using PPR correcting for more than twenty-three consecutive years and PPR works best.
