  1. WHEN WILL SCOTUS GET THE NPV MESS ???

    — TO AVOID ANOTHER 2000 CHAOS MESS.

WILL ANY MESS CAUSE THE END OF THE TOTALLY ROTTED MINORITY RULE SUPER-DANGEROUS EC ???

HOW MANY MINORITY RULE USA PREZS SINCE 1788 ???

  2. Demo Rep:

    Virginia v. Tennessee
    McPherson v. Blacker

    They already got it.

Does stare decisis still matter? Strict constructionism? Originalism? Or does the USSC just wing it when NPV arrives in their court?

  3. SCOTUS — nonstop Party HACK-ISM — since 1861-1865 – or even 1836 after CJ Marshall passed on.

Thus – each SCOTUS vacancy is a constitutional CRISIS – esp since the Bork hearing.

See RED communist noises in the gerrymander Congress for packing SCOTUS when there is a RED Donkey Prez again — 1936-1937 Deja Vu FDR machinations all over again.

PR and AppV – pending Condorcet
