On May 6, the Arizona Secretary of State posted new registration data on her website, as of April 1, 2019. See it here. The page makes it easy to compare the new data with the data from January 1, 2019. The two major parties have both increased their share of the registration during the last three months.
Although the Green Party is no longer ballot-qualified, Arizona treats parties that go off the ballot as though they were still ballot-qualified, for a year. Therefore the data includes the Green Party.

Though both major parties increased in their share, they both fell in numbers, as it appears either regristration had fell or more likely some people were purged from the voter roll.
