  1. Don’t blame me. I voted for the Demo Rep party. Or was that the James Ogle XII party?

  2. ANY alleged voters now LYING to moron pollsters [as in the USA] —

esp. for the Brexit Party — to rot the brains of the Cons/Labs *leaders* ???

  3. With these figures, it would certainly help to know how many seats are being elected and whether they are all elected simultaneously and at-large, so to determine whether it is or isn’t proportional representation.

  4. The use of gerrymander regions produces distorted overall results.

The overall EU structure gives smaller regimes over-representation — a bit like the USA Senate math.

    IE – BASIC PR

Party Members = Total Members x Party Votes / Total Votes

  5. The closed party list system and the twelve gerrymandered districts really do stack the odds against regular people. At least Northern Ireland appears to be using what the United Coalition terms pure proportional representation (PPR).

We are working to bring PPR to both USA’s Los Angeles City Council and to the Electoral College.

  6. The twelve districts divide.

    Proportional representation requires at-large election.

To unite the whole (including Ireland) would be correct and they aren’t using proportional representation unless Ireland were included.

It’s my opinion that avoiding elections at-large, they are driving Ireland away.

Just as the plurality Brexit vote created the rift and division, now it appears that they will pretend to use proportional representation but they don’t use it, so to continue the trend of election problems.
