  1. With district voting AND ranked choice voting for President, Maine has maximized its impact on the Presidential election. In a close election, those transfer votes in Maine could be decisive.

    DIRIGO!

  2. WZ –

The EC gerrymander can get lots worse if more rotted regimes add State EC gerrymander districts — esp *special* gerrymander pack/crack NON-contiguous areas.

Again – the 5 SCOTUS math morons gave OK for 25 or less pct ANTI-Democracy TOTAL gerrymanders in the RUCHO JUNK OP on 27 June 2019.

Major EVIL if some contingent stuff happens in Nov 2020 – depending on which left/right gangsters control state laws —

Prez candidate gets overall plurality – but NOT in ALL gerrymander areas.

    IE – totally subvert/pervert 12th Amdt.

    ABOLISH THE EC TIMEBOMB MESS.
