The REAL ANTI-Democracy MINORITY RULE gerrymander math in RED Canada.
X pct of ALL votes >>> later in week.
So if a party received 100% of the vote in half the ridings, and 20% of the vote in the other half, but enough for a plurality (majority in Canadian terminology), your formula would yield 10% even though they received 60% of the vote.
