Florida Appeals Both if its Recent Election Law Losses

On November 15, the Florida Secretary of State filed notices of appeal in two election law cases.  One is the case on the order of candidates on the general election ballot.  The other is the case on whether ex-felons who are unable to pay court fines, costs, and restitution may register to vote.  Neither case has an Eleventh Circuit case number yet.  They are Jacobson v Lee, and Jones v DeSantis.  Thanks to Thomas Jones for this news.

What State [if any] has the lowest odds for having Civil WAR II start in it ???

HIGH/EVIL BAD odds in about 10 marginal States.
