Theres two people with the last name “Steinman” filed to run in the Dem primary, who both live at the same address. Husband vs wife?

Leonard Steinman and Velma Steinman are husband and wife. In 2014 they both ran for US House, 3rd district, Missouri. He ran in the Republican primary and she ran in the Democratic primary. Neither of them won their primary.
Surprised Ogle didn’t file, then he may be able to claim another meaningless primary win (unless he loses to Uncommitted, which he barely defeated last time).
