On February 3, Hillary Clinton (through her attorney) agreed that Tulsi Gabbard’s lawsuit doesn’t need to serve her, and that the lawsuit can proceed. Gabbard v Clinton, s.d., N.Y., 1:20cv-558. The lawsuit is for slander.

Hillary Clinton Waives Need to Serve Tulsi Gabbard’s Lawsuit — 26 Comments

  1. It’s a frivolous lawsuit. Any first year lawsuit could tell you the standard for defamation of a public figure is incredibly high.

  2. Mechelle, probably not quite as frivolous as Gabbard’s lawsuit against Google, but not a high likelihood of success on either. Who advises her on filing these suits? And is there a lawyer dumb enough to take these on a primarily contingency basis?

Attention all voters from the grand states of Oklahoma, North Carolina, Massachusetts and California, who are already recieving their State voting paper ballots in the mail for voting in the March 3rd 2020 Presidential primaries!

In California, Oklahoma and Massechusetts, James Ogle for President is running as write-in candidate, and the name “Google” or any combination of Google or Ogle, are OK to write in for the limited voting strategy which will bring the three-party system or the 539-party to the 538-member Electoral College in 2020.

To that end men are asked to write-in a woman’s name from the nine names, a few of whom might be certified write-in names in California when the list is published by the State around February 23rd 2020.

The plan is for women to write-in a man’s name and men to write-in a woman’s name, both of whom are from the Libertarian Party, and James Ogle for President is One.

The top vote-getter write-in names would be considered Prez/VP under limited voting and this will change history and bring a three-party system.

Since we don’t know which of the nine Libertarian Party female names will be certified along with Ogle’s name in California, men please wait until after the certification list from the California State Secretary of State Elections Division releases the list around February 23rd to find the name and vote for certified write-in name. For women, the name “Google”, is expected to be certified.

Thank you very much for your consideration and collaboration, from the new pure proportional representation Electoral College, the Libertarian One 2020.

    Respectfully,
    –James O. Ogle 3rd

  4. As usual it is the SCOTUS hack MORONS who have made it so difficult in slander/libel cases —

    1964 NY Times case/op.

Thus – the current nonstop slander/libel of public and private folks.

See late night JUNK TV shows esp. – adding more rot on the now short road to USA Civil WAR II.

  5. Hillary’s blatant lies are definitely making things harder for Tulsi. Hillary claimed that Tulsi is a Russian agent. Now it is time to shut up and prove it in a court of law.

  6. Will get laughed out of court just as it should be. Supreme court got it right in Sullivan and the precedent holds. Plus, gabbard acts like a kremlin agent so who’s to say she’s not? The evidence may not be as solid as it is with trump but I sure wouldn’t rule it out.

  7. Hillary Clinton acts like an Israeli agent. and unlike her acvusations against Tulsi, there is actual evidence to back that up. Look at Hillary’s top donor list.

  8. Andy…there you go again. The only thing that statement proves is your obsession with Jews and Israel, yet again. There’s now ample evidence that you are an antisemite, as well as a racist and bigot of various different sorts. No doubt you disagree with the LP platform that “We condemn bigotry as irrational and repugnant.” And with Ayn Rand that “Racism is the lowest, most crudely primitive form of collectivism.” The only question is whether and when you will admit it.

  9. My opponent is a Lenin/Stalin/Mao communist terrorist, a racist bigot about ALL races and eats babies at each midnight.

    Vote for me.

  10. Demo Rep – you have succinctly summarized the entirety of what passes for politics in the USA today.

Readers – the Constitution and the “United” in United States of America is long gone. We’re now passing through the fantasyland phase where we eat our seed corn, on the way to the inevitable, very nasty breakup.

  11. Donkeys should meet in another top secret Fed Convention and ignore the DEAD ANTI-Democracy minority rule 1787 USA Const and enact a PRO-Democracy Const with — guess what –

    PR
    AppV
    TOTSOP

See overthrow of 1777 Arts Confed via Art VII of the 1787 USA Const. via that 1787 Fed Convention.

Thus — United Communist States of America and United Fascist States of America – in the ex/dead USA ???

Is today day 1 or 2 of the King Donald regime ???

  12. Go Tulsi! Hillary and the ultra-corrupt DNC need to be held accountable for their libel and slander against dissidents.

  13. Yes Don, that’s why I said antisemite as well as a racist and bigot of various different sorts. Those other types of bigotry, including racism, being demonstrated by other comments, not this one in particular.

  14. Ed, yes, I disagree with adding left wing PC drivel which has NOTHING to do with libertarianism to the Libertarian Party platform. Libertarianism is about PROPERTY RIGHTS and the NON-AGGRESSION PRINCIPLE, and that is it.

  15. As for Alisa Rosenbaum, aka-“Ayn Rand,” she supported the Jewish ethno-state of Israel. Israel has an explicitly racist discrimination policy, so I do not think that Ms. Rosenbaum “Rand” had much credibility here.

Alisa “Ayn Rand” Rosenbaum did not like the Libertarian Party, by the way.

  16. “Libertarianism is about PROPERTY RIGHTS and the NON-AGGRESSION PRINCIPLE, and that is it.” this just shows how dismissive you are of the majority of the Libertarian platform, no wonder you dislike the party.

  17. I NEVER said I disliked the Libertarian Party. If I diliked the LP, I would not be a member of it. I do think that some people in it misrepresent the philosophy, and/or engage in bad political strategies, but as a whole, I generally support the party (except when some people in it do something really stupid or unprincipled), and I definitely support the philosophy.

  18. Opposing collectivism has everything to do with libertarianism. Racism, antisemitism and other forms of bigotry are types of collectivism which treat individuals not do much as individuals as parts of a racial, ethnic, national, gender, religious or other collective.

Bigotry is indeed irrational and repugnant and should be condemned as such. That you would see this as pc drivel says a lot about you, albeit nothing that those who have paid attention to your comments have not noticed already.

And your comments about Rand, although she is hardly I agree with on everything or see as faultless, only reinforce the impression of your antisemitism. Given that she was an atheist, her Jewish ancestry isn’t something most people other than die hard Jew haters harp on. Her quote happens to be spot on regardless of any hypocrisy on your part. It’s telling that you can’t or won’t engage the idea directly without digressing to antisemitic ad hominem.

Your capitalization of property rights doesn’t absolve the fact that you believe in collective property rights of the nation state over immigration and women’s uteruses rather than individual property rights, marking you as the one who misrepresents the philosophy and turns it on its head in the service of bigotry, patriarchy and collectivism.

And what could be a worse political strategy than mixing libertarianism with the toxic and wholly incompatible sludge that is nationalism, racism, bigotry, antisemitism and other authoritarian right wing collectivism?

These ideas are rightly nuclear waste level toxic and far less popular than libertarianism, cancerous, dangerous, evil and repugnant in the extreme. They are indeed the cruelest and crudest form of collectivism. Shame on all who keep spreading this poison, and especially on those who seek to taint libertarianism with its odious stench.

  19. Egyptian nut sounds like Andy, albeit more explicitly fascist. He may also be the same person as Robert milnes.

  20. By the way, rightist authoritarian, nationalist, theocratic, racist, fascist, trumptard and associated bs is definitely not libertarian.

  21. What happened to the olde usenet politics page ???

Go digging in the ruins as in the new Mummy movies ???

  22. Ed – You left out collectivism, socialism, communism and Marxism from your list of non-libertarian philosophies.

FWIW, the Zionists who founded and control Israel today have implemented a horribly apartheid system of government to maintain control. The terms “authoritarian, nationalist, theocratic, racist” all very clearly apply to Israel. The Zionists have effectively shut down all criticism of their tyranny by playing the “anti-semite” card whenever anyone says anything even slightly critical. Christians (like Pompeo) who turn a blind eye to the awful policies of the state of Israel towards Palistinians are, IMO, guilty of the most egregious example of hypocrisy in the US-controlled sphere of influence. Note that Hillary and Obama were not different from the Trump administration in this regard – the policies of all US administrations toward Israel have been essentially the same since Israel was founded in 1948.
