U.S. District Court Issues Injunction Requiring Chicago to Allow Petitioning in Millenium Park

On February 20, U.S. District Court Judge John R.Blakey issued an injunction in Swart v City of Chicago, n.d., 1:19cv-6213, requiring Chicago to allow petitioning in Millenium Park, the city’s most-visited park. The case had been filed by individuals working on a local initiative petition. Thanks to DemoRep for this news.

  1. Must sue for $$$ DAMAGES in ALL Const law cases to bankrupt the party/govt robot HACKS –

    esp in election law cases — being delayed more and more – to get past the next election.

    It is a shame that very few people in the Libertarian Party ever bother to do anything like this.
