The New York Libertarian presidential primary had already been cancelled because none of the Libertarian presidential candidates submitted delegate lists in each US House district. This was the first time the LP had been entitled to a presidential primary in New York, and perhaps the party didn’t know about this rule.
Did tbe Jacob Hornberger campaign sunmit delegates for each US House district in NY? I know they submitted delegates, I just do not know if it was a full slate, and if they covered every US House district.
