On April 3, the Illinois Libertarian and Green PArties filed this motion for preliminary injunction in their ballot access case. The motion makes the case that the U.S. District Court should order the State Board of Elections to put those parties on the ballot, because the health crisis has made it impossible to collect a substantial number of signatures.

Presuming a competent and unbiased judge, I think there’s an excellent chance of injunctive relief being granted. The case is overwhelmingly in favor of us Greens and Libertarians, and it would look horrible to people abroad if the judge and both ruling parties used this crisis to keep their competitors off the ballot; folks would be comparing both ruling parties to Hungary’s Vikor Orban and his allies in that country’s parliament, who recently used the crisis to suspend elections and rule by decree indefinitely.
Why limit it to just putting the Green and Libertarian parties on the ballot? What about the Constitution Party, or any other parties out there? What about independent candidates?
Yes, how can minor parties join this? The American Solidarity Party would be up for it.
The Libertarian and Green Parties have e-mail addresses, social media, etc. I’m sure that anyone or any organization that wants to be involved in the case can ask and see if it is possible to be added.

I caught him posting as “Matthew,” “Mark,” “Luke,” and “John,” (a gospel theme) in Arkansas back in 2017, as I was signed up as a writer at Independent Political Report (or IPR) at the time, and I had dashboard viewing status, and I saw that the IP address these posts came from was from the same motel where we were both staying (we were in different rooms at this motel), although even prior to this it sounded like his writing style and themes. My writer status got downgraded not too long after this to where I could no longer view the dashboard, and then after this, I got downgraded again because I posted an interview of Austin Petersen from Infowars and did not immediately include a statement that he was a former Libertarian Party member and losing candidate for the LP’s presidential nomination, as at the time he was running for US Senate as a Republican. I did not think that this was necessary due to the fact that the subject of him having been in the Libertarian Party came up about 1 minute and 30 seconds into the interview, plus, Austin Petersen had been mentioned many times on IPR prior to this, and I even did a search on IPR archives and found that his name had been brought up something like 63 times in IPR news articles, as recently as earlier that same year, and going as far back as 2008, plus he had been mentioned many more times in IPR comments. Even though I did not see why it was necessary to post this statement, I did it anyway, but it took me a few days to get to it, as I was busy working on a petition drive at the time, so I apparently did not perform this task quickly enough, so my writer status got downgraded again, to where my articles had to be reviewed before they could be posted, even though there was never a problem with any article I posted.
I was later banned from IPR for daring to point out the hypocrisy of many Jews (note that I NEVER said they were all doing it, I just pointed out that a lot of them were) for pushing for open borders and unlimited, unrestricted immigration into European and European based countries, which is part of an admitted “divide and conquer” strategy (look it up, you can find sources of Jews actually saying this, that is they want to “divide and conquer” strategy, while at the same time supporting a walled ethno-state with a DNA test backed immigration policy for Israel. I also pointed out that the only way so called “open borders” could work, would be if a pure anarcho-capitalist society existed, but that such a society would be one based on private property, which would mean policies for to property (unless it was unclaimed) would be set by property owners, which leads to, ironically, no open borders, as I seriously doubt any property owner would allow for unlimited, no restrictions, and no questions asked access to their property. Given that we live in a society with a state, just as everyone else in the world does, the state manages the public commons and infrastructure, and has a monopoly on borders and immigration. Israel does not allow just anyone to waltz in with no questions asked, and neither does Mexico, and neither does Japan, and neither does anywhere else really (even people in less developed countries do not want this). I pointed out the welfare use statistics, and voting statistics, which show that super-majority of modern day immigrants are leading to an increase in the size of the state. Nobody was able to refute any of my statistics, or to rebut any of my arguments, so rather than admitting defeat, or changing their positions, I was prevented from speaking.

I think it is pretty apparent that he is the “Ed Ng” character, as “Ed Ng” quoted a bumper sticker that was on former LP petitioner Gary Fincher’s car over a decade ago, and nobody here other than Paul and myself would have known this, and Paul did in fact repeat the phrase off of that bumper sticker several times over the years.

I don’t think that Paul could be doing all of this himself. Some of these incidents happened during times I know he did not have internet access, and/or were incidents where he’d have to have had access to sophisticated surveillance equipment, or with people who had such capabilities.
