I am so grateful for having the opportunity to waste your precious time about pure proportional representation!
Men, the winning strategy is to elect a female name because the D and R will be male names, so now the female name might have a good chance due to the male split-vote problem.
California should permit election by majority in the Open Primary.
CA – Probably THE worst State minority rule regime
— due to the CA gerrymander comm and having lots of illegal invaders who were counted in the 2010 Census for rigging the districts by such CA G comm and the top 2 primary (with many non-votes in the districts NOT having 1 D and 1 R).
IE — 20-25pct REAL minority rule in general elections
and 5-15 pct in the top 2 primary (esp if no incumbent hack).
