Do we know if these state parties that are affiliating will retain their names?
The Connecticut Independent Party has no plans to change its name.
Even in the major parties, the party names are not always the same. The Democratic Party has different names in Minnesota and North Dakota. In Minnesota it is Democrat-Farmer-Labor. In North Dakota it is Democrat-NPL.
In the 1970’s and early 1980’s the Minnesota Republican Party’s name was the Independent-Republican Party.

I just got an email from Darcy Richardson. I explained that he and Jo Jorgensen are my first choice for a fusion ticket-after me and Jo that is. But nobody is listening to me and my campaign and my character have been relentlessly attacked for years. So I thought he might take up the mantle. I even offered him my nestegg of well over $5000 as starter contribution.
But NOOOOOOOOOOOO. He wrote back about some vague “alliance” in November. Is this Alliance Party what he is alluding to?
OMG! I told him Duverger’s Law is the adversary. What are you doing about THAT? Rhetorical question. The remedy is Top Ten/Top Six. This Alliance Party is a do-over of the Reform party. History has proved Duverger’s Law. A TWO PARTY system results. Two MAJOR party system. Actually a ONE party system with a left leaning half and a right leaning half. THERE is no room for a third “major” party in this system.
MARK MY WORDS, this party will eventually fail just like the Reform party.
Meanwhile Darcy is wasting this chance to WIN THE DAMNED ELECTION with Top Ten Plus PLAS.
ANOTHER FOUR YEARS WASTED.
More parties is the wrong direction to go in a time of national emergency. It’s also the wrong direction to go when we are already blessed with a perfect President who so happens to be, as he said, king of the Jews, in other words the second coming of Jesus. A two party system at a time like this is one too many. We need a strong one party system united completely in all ways behind our God Emperor as he rules by decree. Anyone who does not support him does not deserve to live among us and should be deported or shot along with all the illegals.
Richard, I think the Mountain Party, the Green party affiliate in West Virginia is another good example.
I like Blankenship a lot but we already have a perfect President and we are in a crisis so the election is a superfluous luxury we can’t afford and don’t need. Trump should put Blankenship in charge of strip mining and blowing up all the mountain tops to get coal. He could also do wonders if he can be put in charge of mine safety, environmental protection and race relations.
Top Ten/Top Six Plus Four Independents(which are unnecessary). Ten candidates in debates seems about best but not necessary.
