The United Coalition has approved the item “Ratify Article the First”, promoted by George Washington, and already ratified by about eleven States and approved by Congress, and all 538 Presidential Electors may vote now on paper ballot only.
Article the First will increase the numbers of Congress when ratified, possibly increasing single-winner election districts of Congressional members by about six to ten new Congressman per district.
Should limited voting be used, then each district can elect multiple names and the potential that each name picks a word by their name under limited voting will change the numbers of parties/categories by the number of representatives, plus one, in each multiple-winner election district.
