Here is a link to the election returns for the Delaware presidential primary of July 7. Rocky De La Fuente is getting 12% of the vote. He was the only name on the ballot other than President Donald Trump.
New Jersey also held a presidential primary on July 7, but the only name on the Republican ballot was Trump.
This is probably the best vote percent ever for Rocky.

It is a republican primary. If the goal is just to get Rocky’s name out there, I guess it is ok.
It appears Rocky got over a third of the vote in the largest city of Wilmington.
