  1. Will South Carolina recognize petition signatures that he collects online? If so, what other states would he be able to obtain ballot access via online petitioning?

I’m not sure if he can make the South Carolina ballot given the high signature requirements, but if states are going to allow similar online signatures in lieu of physical signatures then his large Twitter platform should be able to net him a decent amount of states.

  2. When did they start gathering petition signatures? Unless they already had an army of petition circulators on the ground gathering signatures, I have a hard time seeing them pull this off in a few days. A lot of petition circulators would have to be getting paid a lot of money to even stand a chance.

  3. He shared a link to an internet petition, which the state would not accept as valid, and according to the article at least, it’s after the deadline anyway. If he’s paying anyone, they are ripping him off.

  4. Didn’t you guys bother to read Richard’s post? The deadline is 7/20/20, not 7/15/20.

  5. Just saw it. That was a deadline extension that just happened. I saw this one first. But in any case an internet petition is not valid.

  6. You say, “Yes”, I say, “No”
You say, “Stop” but I say, “Go, go, go”
    Oh no
You say, “Goodbye”, and I say, “Hello, hello, hello”

I don’t know why you say, “Goodbye”, I say, “Hello, hello, hello”
I don’t know why you say, “Goodbye”, I say, “Hello”

  7. He died from too many cases of corona beer. The wal-russ is Paul. Googoo goodjob.

  8. I can attest that Charleston local TV news is reporting on-site from a small Kanye West petition-gathering rally in North Charleston this afternoon. Local reporters are reporting that he has only until tomorrow (July 20) to file 10,000 valid petition signatures to the state authorities in Columbia.

  9. He had enough, the only problem was the noon cutoff which he and his team did not know about.
