Yes, many bills have a description about what they are doing.
The problem with this Initiative is that they failed to identify the tax increases that would occur. This same group was thrown off the ballot 2 years ago because they lied about the amount of tax increase a individual would get. At that time that Judge advised this group exactly how to properly file.. However this time rather then a outright lie the same group gave misleading information to hide the tax increase.
Well, maybe they’ll get it right next time. Probably not.
