  1. The problem with this Initiative is that they failed to identify the tax increases that would occur. This same group was thrown off the ballot 2 years ago because they lied about the amount of tax increase a individual would get. At that time that Judge advised this group exactly how to properly file.. However this time rather then a outright lie the same group gave misleading information to hide the tax increase.
