On August 6, the Mayor of Burlington, Vermont, vetoed the bill that would have asked voters in November 2020 whether they want to reinstate ranked-choice voting for elections for city officers. He said it will cost less to have the measure on the March 2021 ballot. See this story.

Black Panther Party, original and new members, are closely united with the new PPR Electoral College. My comrad Laura Anderson (Parliamentary) will be reminiscing when Mr. Ganja man (RIP) ran for President with the Pot Party and he unexpectedly steamrollered everyone to top vote-getter in 1995.
