  1. I’m sure the Hawkins people aren’t too pleased, but that gives the people of Oregon one more option in November.

  2. Ahh Dario, a junior grade of the Jesse Ventura school of political grifting. That answer your musings, Liberty?

  3. It is foolish to split the progressive vote.
PLAS seeks to COMBINE the progressive and libertarian vote.
Hunter represents a protest against the fix for Howie
which I certainly agree with. I was also a victim of that fix.
    2020 is lost.
Either Biden or Trump will win.
Heaven help us if Trump wins.
Hope for the best if Biden wins.
Let us now start a winning campaign in 2024 with Top Six plus PLAS,
    shall we?

  4. Well a lot of the other Green Party candidates felt that they were not given equal opportunities in campaigning. Only Howie Hawkins, Dario Hunter and David Rolde were designated as official candidates yet the other candidates were allowed to compete. After the convention
Dario Hunter, released a statement decrying alleged favoritism within the Green Party in favor of Howie Hawkins. Citing Hawkins given campaign opportunities while others could not, members of the Hawkins Campaign retaining high membership of the national party leadership, and candidates being removed from certain state primary ballots. Dario also contested results in 5 states and did not accept Howie Hawkins winning the nomination.

If l was Howie Hawkins l would not lose a lot of sleep. Dario Hunter as of now has only ballot access to 2 states. He did not even get ballot access to Louisiana and Vermont which were apparently easy to obtain. Having said that the progressive party is an interesting name for progressive candidates. If they are not interested in the direction of the Democratic Party they could defect to the Progressive party a bit like many tea party candidates defected to Constitution party. Already there is talk of 2020 Democratic contestant Marianne Williamson and Bernie sanders supporters; Cornel West and Nina Turner appearing soon at a « People’s convention. » They are threatening to form their own political party. Maybe they can join forces with the Progressive Party?

  5. The Green party is owned by the democratic party. Hence they put the fix in for Howie. Somebody they knew they could control for a controlled guaranteed loser.
Likewise the LP is owned by the republican party.

  6. RM –

Sorry – the LP is controlled by delusional utopian NOOOO govt anarchists if anybody —

thus the 1-4 pct LP math since 1970.
