Rocky De La Fuente Asks U.S. Supreme Court to Hear Minnesota Presidential Primary Ballot Access Case

On October 28, Rocky De La Fuente asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear De La Fuente v Simon, 20-612. The Minnesota Supreme Court had upheld the Secretary of State’s decision to keep De La Fuente off the Republican presidential primary ballot earlier this year, and De La Fuente hopes to reverse that decision. The Minnesota Republican presidential primary ballot only listed President Donald Trump, because the Minnesota Republican Party requested that outcome. Here is the cert petition.

  1. Having studied approval voting system as used by “click the go”, “click the like” and “click the ad”, I am comfortable to write, all those actions bring one-party voting system and dictatorship psychology.

Look at how the insiders can switch the search results, switch and delete the Facebook users and change the ad.

The two-party voting system requires the split-vote problem that approval voting (AppV) mitigates and AppV isn’t a two-party voting system because there are no random unexpected wins by 2nd biggest faction.

Finally, only limited voting, not used by any governments or businesses except for the city of Cambridge Massachusetts.

Google, Facebook nor any political parties use limited voting.

The unification between the Environmentalist, Green and Pot Parties was completed around August 5th 1996 with more than 125 Prez candidates and continues today with the 539-party system to the 538-member Electoral College.

Our team brings the right team psychology so to bring the message of good solutions under simple majority rule (50% plus one vote).

No way to one-party and two-party voting systems and no way to 2/3rds thresholds under the US Constitution using math before the Hagenbach-Bishoff Method of 1900s.

    More news coming soon.
