Excellent. As I have been saying, single presidential elector districts are a first step towards making election fraud more difficult. The most a cheat in one city could get would be three (3) EVs – their own district plus the two at-large EVs, but not the entire state slate.
This is a hopeful sign. Early this century, Democrats in the North Carolina legislature proposed a district election for Presidential Electors, and the Democrat National Committee pressured them to not go through with it.
Around the same time, California Republicans looked to do an initiative to implement the same type of election, and the Republican National Committee pressured them to stop.
Maine and Nebraska both have this system. In 2008 Obama campaigned for and won 1 elector from Nebraska. In 2016, Trump campaigned for and won one elector from Maine. On December 6, after surviving the attack of the Storm Trumpers, Vice President Pence read off 1 vote in Nebraska for Biden, and 1 vote in Maine for Trump – the first time both states split their vote.

@Demo Rep… You don’t have the right to free speech on a private website. A website is the virtual equivalent of a building, and the building owner has every right to remove someone or tell them to shut up if they wish to stay. It’s a thing called freedom of association; implicit (unfortunately not explicit) in the first amendment. Something conservatives think apply to bakers when dealing with gay couples but not to websites like Facebook or Twitter. Cognitive dissonance at it’s finest. Free speech is a right that is only protected from the Government infringing against, not another individual or organization.

This is largely because winner-take-all voting in large swing states can decide the outcome of a huge number of electoral votes on thin margins.
