When counted under limited voting (one-man-one-vote) the Electoral College could have elected one Senator Elector who could have been the tie-breaker under simple majority rule.
The Libertarian Party would have one “Senator Elector”, having garnered one percent of national vote, and that’s like where one of 100 Senators would be the tie-breaker vote under 50% plus one vote.
Voting in 2021 is going on now on paper ballots only.
