On February 21, the Ohio Libertarian Party asked for rehearing en banc in the Sixth Circuit in Libertarian Party of Ohio v Wilhem, 20-3585. This is the lawsuit challenging the Ohio law that says no one may serve on the Ohio Elections Commission except for members of the two largest parties; plus one independent always sits on the Commission.
