Ohio Libertarian Party asks for Rehearing in Sixth Circuit in Lawsuit over Exclusion of Minor Party Members from Elections Commission

On February 21, the Ohio Libertarian Party asked for rehearing en banc in the Sixth Circuit in Libertarian Party of Ohio v Wilhem, 20-3585. This is the lawsuit challenging the Ohio law that says no one may serve on the Ohio Elections Commission except for members of the two largest parties; plus one independent always sits on the Commission.   1. I was making a similar argument in North Dakota, for anti- gerrymanderying council. But, it got laughed out of the room by the ruling GOP.
