So you find a huge parking lot, perhaps at Liberty University. Mark off spaces 20 foot apart, and put a candidate name in each lane. Cars line up in single file and tellers walk by and slap a number on the windshield. After each round, the lane with the fewest cars loops around to the entrance and chooses a new lane.
Those whose cars had a faulty exhaust system and were carbon monoxide poisoned and taken to the hospital will be said to be “exhausted”. Wreckers will tow their cars to the exhausted vehicle lane. They won’t be used in calculating a majority.
