Two federal lawsuits are pending to challenge the order of candidates on primary ballots in New Jersey. Both were filed in 2020 by Democratic primary candidates. Unlike all other states, New Jersey primary ballots do not simply list all candidates for a single office in a particular spot on the ballot. Instead candidates are grouped in “party-column” format, which the candidates preferred by the local party officers listed in a single column in the top-most or left-most part of the ballot, and others placed far away in different columns.
Both cases are assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Freda L. Wolfson, a Bush Jr. appointee. The cases are Mazo v Way, 3:20cv-8174, and Conforti v Hanlon, 3:20cv-8267. Both cases have been moving slowly, but in a month all briefs will have been filed.

Fact Checker: In 2008 and 2012 I registered Republican so that I could vote for Ron Paul in the Republican Primaries.
At the time I was a member of the Libertarian Party but in Oklahoma the LP was not recognized by the State. Before 2016 in Oklahoma we were allowed to register as only Republican, Democratic, or Independent.
Since Ron Paul lost the Republican nomination I voted for Romney. The Libertarian candidate was not on the ballot in Oklahoma and write ins are against the law in Oklahoma.
From 1992 until 2020. I was a member of the Libertarian. I voted Libertarian when Libertarian candidates were on my ballot and Republican when Libertarians were not on my ballot.
In the last few years my thinking about what are Rights and what is the function of government changed. Accordingly I changed my voter registration to Democratic and realized that my political philosophy was Liberal.
I left out a word by mistake. In the first sentence of my fourth paragraph I left out the word “Party” after Libertarian.
In GA, the fake votes were in crates under the table. It was all captured on video. In other states they did not check voter IDs so fraud was very easy to achieve. A truck driver testified he drove a truck filled with fake votes. There are countless instances if you care to research it yourself though much of the information has been censored.
The news media, the judicial system, and the other elites in this nation corruptly colluded to steal the election from an outsider they couldn’t control in favor of a senile dementia patient they could mold and shape as they please.
They know the evidence is there but they do not care. They’ll call you crazy, conspiracy theorist, whatever. If you have a brain you can look at it yourself and see what’s going on and how you’ve been lied to and manipulated.

Fact Checker: I am not an Islamophobe. Islam is no different than the orher Abrahamic religions. Judaism, Christianity, and Islam all come from the same source.
I have ancestors who fought in the Confederate army. I do think that the United States should be broken up into several independent countries. One of which would be the South. Either as the Confederate States of America or a different name, (And without the slavery and racism) with or without Texas. New England and the Mid-West it’s own country, the Pacific Coast it’s own country and so on.
Satanism is very different than what you think it is. Satan is not a real person or entity. Satan is merely a symbol of humanity’s carnal nature in opposition to spiritual illusion. Satanism is very similar to the ancient Greek philosophy of Epicurus.
Fact Checker: There were no fake votes under the table in GA. The election counting was scheduled to stop at 10PM. The workers were supposed to box up uncounted votes, lock them, label them, and place them under the tables so they could be counted in the morning. The complete video shows this happening.
After the workers had locked, labeled, and stored the uncounted votes, the election officials decided to continue the count through the night instead of going home. The workers took the boxes of uncounted votes back from under the tables, opened the locks, and started counting again.
The unedited video shows all of this. The video you saw was heavily edited to mislead Trump supporters into thinking fraud happened when it did not.
In what world does any of what you just wrote clear accusations of fraud?
The votes were brought in and placed under the table while counting was ongoing. Officials conveniently stopped the counting and sent the watchers away and then came back and counted the fake votes. No video manipulation is necessary. It’s all there.
