Did anyone in this case bother to point out how unreasonable it is to have tripled the petition signature requirement, but to NOT have tripled the amount of time in order to collect those petition signatures? New York only allows 6 weeks for signature gathering. Having to gather 45,000 valid petition signatures in 6 weeks is INSANE.
New York should eliminate con-fusion and party nominations.
Individual candidates would qualify by petition. Perhaps candidates could have longer party names by filing more signatures.
