The U.S. Census Bureau won’t release 2020 census data until mid-August 2021. The only state that has done its legislative redistricting already is Illinois, which used census estimates to draw the new lines. Last month, some Illinois Republican leaders, and also some Illinois voters represented by the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund, both filed federal lawsuits, saying the state can’t draw valid districts until the actual census results are released.
The Republican case is McConchie v Illinois State Board of Elections, n.d., 1:21cv-3091. The MALDEF case is Contreras v Illinois State Board of Elections, n.d., 1:21cv-3139. Both cases have been consolidated. A three-judge panel heard preliminary arguments on July 14.
The Illinois legislature has not yet drawn any U.S. House districts.

I am registered as Libertarian and I am also the founder (USA only) of the One Party.
The One Party is seeking to go alone or in partnership with the 1Libertarian Party but not with the Libertarian Party’s bogus leaders elected under censorship, systemic racism, communist-style elections, double standards and gerrymandering (Los Angeles County LP Reions 62, 63, 64, 65, etc.).

Joogle didn’t file for 2016 in 2014. He actually declared himself to be a candidate in the nonexistent 2014 election. Another time he also bragged about barely beating NOTA in the only, minor party, presidential primary which he qualified for by writing a thousand dollar check to the state, because no one else was foolish enough to bother paying them for a nonbinding primary of a minor party which would also preclude any one who did vote in it from voting in the more significant major party primaries that same day while yielding zero delegate votes at a minor party convention.
