Indianapolis Star News Story on Ballot Access Lawsuit — 6 Comments

  1. Would’ve made sense to file this lawsuit in say December. Session for 2022 ended a week ago.

  2. You are right, but ballot access attorneys are frequently overwhelmed with too much work.

  3. They’ve had the same law for a very long time. The Indiana LP’s uninterrupted ballot access goes back to 1994 from the same law.

  4. Indiana’s law has changed. Back in 1980, when the petition and the vote test were quadrupled, the petition deadline was September. Then it was moved to August, then to July, and now it is in June.

  5. 14-1 Amdt EQUAL for ALL INDIVIDUAL candidates —

too difficult for lawyer/court conlaw morons since 1968.

1896-1954 = 58 yrs Separate is racist equal

    1968-2022 = 54 yrs

  6. They should have hired Thomas Jones. He doesn’t have much to do these days except troll on Ballot Access News. Oh wait, they actually want to win their lawsuit. Never mind.
