Iowa Supreme Court Hears Primary Ballot Access Case

This newspaper story describes the April 13 hearing in the Iowa Supreme Court, in the primary ballot access case concerning Abby Finkenauer’s petition. It is clear from the story that Finkenauer’s attorneys did not rely on the point that all county distribution requirements for statewide petitions are unconstitutional.

  1. Sorry about this.
I have been unable to comment on Independent Political Report recently.
The last comment I made was about that I had written a letter to US DISTRICT COURT Judge Robert Colville in the Robert Bowers case. cc: US Attorney, Western District Pennsylvania, Federal Public Defender, WDPA.
    email: Judy Clarke.
    Certified, return receipt requested.
I moved for a video conference with Mr. Bowers.
So, I might return to BAN comments.
    Did you miss me here?

  2. @RW,
