On April 29, the North Carolina voters who are challenging Congressman Madison Cawthorn’s qualifications filed this brief in the Fourth Circuit. Cawthorn v Amalfi, 22-1251.

The Fourth Circuit hears the case on Tuesday, May 3, at 2 p.m. eastern time. The Fourth Circuit doesn’t reveal which judges will be hearing the case until the date of the hearing.
