Eight Republican Candidates for Michigan Primaries Seem Not to Have Enough Valid Signatures

Michigan has unusually severe petition requirements for primaries for some statewide offices and U.S. House. According to this story, three Republican candidates for U.S. House, and five Republican gubernatorial candidates, have been told they don’t have enough valid signatures. One Democrat running for U.S. House also has been told the same message.

  1. When a billionaire cannot come up with the signatures, that is clear indication of poor leadership skills. Perhaps this is all a blessing in disguise for Michiganders. And perhaps this will motivate Michigan Republicant’s to start nominating by convention like they do in Virginia.

  4. You are contradicting yourself yet again. On a recent string you said you would allow people to collect signatures. Now it’s back to newspapers and junk mail, which has been proven many times to not work.
